Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a one-year limited warranty that covers significant manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. Please note, customer negligence and damage to diamonds over 0.10ct are not covered. Icebox reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion.
How do I repair my jewelry?
Our repairs are warranted for six months from the repair date. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship on the specific repairs we handle. It excludes normal wear and tear, invisible set items, and diamonds over 0.10ct.
